By far Porters Mark was the best of all. Our hosts were great. Even had the pleasure of meeting the pleasure of meeting the owner. They answered all our questions and were a pleasure to work with. „Our four generation family of 10 enjoyed a lovely week at Costa Verde celebrating the 87th birthday of our family Matriarch. The property was perfectly located along tranquil beaches yet close to several wonderful restaurants. I highly recommend this property for large family gatherings. “

„This objekt comletely corresponded to our expectation. Whole place was very clean; nice furnished and close to the beach.We only have one complaint. Washer and Dryer were listed as objekts of use; unfortunalty both were not functional which we discovered only when we used them.Which meant that we had to go to Laundrette after hours. These machines must not be functional for a long time.“

„The property was great, as advertised. The elevator was nice for unpacking and packing but otherwise we did not use it much. Due to the elevator it does create a less open floor plan but for those with issues with stairs it’s a great option. It functioned properly during our stay.“

„This property fit our family of 16 with room to spare. We enjoyed the large living spaces and also the capability to separate if needed. As other reviews have mentioned, this is 3 condos converted into one -- so access across the whole unit is only possible on the main floor. Lots of stairs, which was fine for us but may be limiting to others.We are used to staying further down the beach, where it is quieter, so this property was an adjustment, as it is in a busier area. Check-in and check-outs are so simple and Communication with the owner is easily available. This facility is always clean and provides many essentials.
