Conveniently and centrally located to downtown on West Beach, this Gulf Shores beach house is less than a mile to The Hangout, so you can enjoy all there is to do around town.

The main area has two twin XL mattresses in the full bunk area and a queen sleeper sofa.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Our cleaning staff washes our high quality linens before every new guest arrival. We mean every bath towel, wash cloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case and dish towel – EVERY TIME. All linens are washed in high heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and through sanitation.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned units by professional cleaners. This has been one of our highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guest arrival. You can be certain that our property is thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for our “White Glove Treatment”.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
West Lagoon Cottage, Unit UU (Coastal Shores), is located in the West Lagoon Cottages community directly across the street from the beach. On property you will find a community pool, and gated, deeded beach access is just a short walk across the street. Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 3-4 vehicles. This unit has a private outdoor shower located underneath the house to wash away the sand after a long day at the beach. Trash cans are provided for your convenience, located underneath the house. This community is still under construction.

STARTER PACKET INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
Each bathroom will receive the following:
-4 towels and washcloths, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, 1 black washcloth (half baths only receive 1 hand towel... and if needed, these numbers will be altered if your property sleeps more than this would be sufficient for)
-1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash can liner, 2 makeup remover wipes, 1 bar of body soap

The kitchen will receive the following:
-1 dish towel, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry packet, 1 dish detergent packet, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 sponge, 2 extra trash bags.

This new construction Gulf Shores beach house is just steps away from the white sandy beaches, approximately 1,640 square feet with 3 bathrooms, each with their own private bath, 4 full bathrooms, a bunk area with 2 twin XL mattresses and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy free parking under the house, which can accommodate between 3-4 vehicles. There is additional free parking around the pool.

We are pet friendly September thru March. There is a $150 pet fee per pet.

You may experience wildlife native to the Gulf of Mexico including crabs, fish, dolphin, sharks, jelly fish etc. There may also be rip currents and you should swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for any wildlife interactions, stings, or attacks.
