  • Morning View ist ein wunderschönes neues Luxushaus mit 9 Schlafzimmern und 11,5 Bädern direkt am Strand mit Aufzug und privatem beheiztem Pool. Es hat Wohnzimmer auf jeder der 3 Ebenen und verfügt über ein behindertengerechtes Schlafzimmer und Bad (Dusche hat 1,5 "Bordstein). Verfügbar ab 1. Oktober.

    Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen riesigen, großen Raum mit einem weitläufigen Wohnbereich, einem 16-Zoll-Esstisch für 16 bis 20 Gäste und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit einer großen Insel für 8 Personen. Diese Ebene umfasst auch 2 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, jeweils mit einem eigenen Bad, einem WC in der Nähe des Pools und einer Wäscherei. Der Aufzug erreicht alle Etagen.

    Die Veranden auf der Hauptetage bieten Mahlzeiten im Freien, Sitzgelegenheiten, einen beheizten Privatpool und einen Dünenrundgang zum zuckerweißen Strand von Gulf Shores. Darunter befindet sich ein großer Grill, ein langer Picknicktisch und mehr schattige Sitzgelegenheiten sowie ein Wohnraum im Freien.

    Die mittlere Etage verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer (2 Kings, 2, die jeweils ein Paar Queens haben). Alle offen für Veranden am Strand. Das West King auf dieser Etage verfügt über ein behindertengerechtes Bad (direkt am Aufzug). Das Familienzimmer auf dieser Ebene verfügt über mehrere Sitzbereiche, einen großen Fernseher und einen atemberaubenden Blick vom Golf nach Süden bis zur kleinen Lagune im Norden. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Sie finden auch ein WC in der Halle sowie eine Waschküche.

    Die oberste Etage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit je einem King-Size-Bett und einem XL-Twin-Daybed sowie 1 mit einem Paar Queens). Jedes hat ein eigenes Bad. Sie finden auch ein geräumiges, lichtdurchflutetes Familienzimmer, eine Wäscherei, ein weiteres Vollbad und eine kühle Ecke mit 2 eingebauten XL Twin Daybeds und 2 XL Twin Trundles.

    Der Pool kann für 50 USD / Tag beheizt werden. Hier finden Sie auch einen Grill, Mahlzeiten im Freien, Schaukeln und vieles mehr.

    Das Hotel liegt in der ruhigen Gegend von West Beach in Gulf Shores, nur 100 Minuten von den Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Gulf Shores entfernt.

Our large family of 30 stayed here and it was so amazing. Right on the beach, shower and spigot outside for rinsing sand and private pool. Would definitely stay here again. It had two fridges and an under counter ice maker. Thank you!

The property is beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated for multiple families (parents, children with children and siblings with adult children). With 15 adults and 6 small children, there was plenty of space and the house never felt crowded.

We’ve stayed at VRBO properties for years and this was the best experience so far. It was a gorgeous home with beautiful views. There were common areas in all three floors, which was nice with a large group. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had a dedicated ice maker perfect for filling our beach coolers. Two giant refrigerators in the kitchen and two dish washers. There was a washing machine on every floor and a wet bar on the second floor. We brought our own beach chairs, but the house had plenty. We probably didn’t need our own chairs. We DID need to bring shade tents. We had some, but could have used more. The company contracts with Explore, which gaves free experiences daily. This was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. We used free parasailing and zoo tickets over several days between our group of twenty. There were several golf course options that would have been nice to use as well. We probably used 500 worth of free tickets but could easily have used twice that if we wanted. Great property and the property owner, GSvacationrentals, was fantastic. I would rent with them again for sure. Easy to talk to. Communication through the app was perfect, but I also called and talked to a real person twice. They were easy to get through to on the phone and very eager to meet our needs. Overall one of our best experiences with a vacation rental. Highly recommend!

House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

The house is very well laid out for socializing and dining together as a group as well as flowing from the living area to the pool area to the beach area. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only issues were a lack of enough forks and limited number of knives for food prep. The property is beginning to show wear and tear a little but since we have stayed in the same house each year we know what to expect. We are likely to stay here again in the future.

A MUST Oceanfront Rental for large Groups

The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

We have never had any major issues...this year was just an issue with an ac drain pan and the maintenance personnel came immediately and took care of it. From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the amenities, layout, cleanliness, views, etc.... Our extended family of 12 had an amazing time. From our 90 year old matriarch, to our newest 3 month old addition, there was plenty for everyone. We all had our own spaces to relax, play games, read, watch movies, sleep, fish, swim, cook, and the list goes on. We can’t think of another thing we could have asked for. We had a few things we needed in the house that were not there when we arrived, and the management was SUPER responsive to our needs! The service was great! This house and the management team exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to revisit this beach house with our family!
