Willkommen in Phoenix II im wunderschönen Orange Beach, Alabama! Diese Wohnung ist wunderschön und gut ausgestattet, damit Sie den Strandurlaub Ihrer TrĂ€ume genießen können! Der Komplex ist fantastisch, da die Phoenix-Immobilien das Beste vom Besten bieten. Von den Trainingseinrichtungen bis zu den fantastischen Innen- und Außenpools ist fĂŒr jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Herzen von Orange Beach, in der NĂ€he aller lokalen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und viel Spaß in der Sonne! Bis bald!!

Reservierungen, die vor dem 1. Oktober fĂŒr die Wintersaison (Januar und Februar) getĂ€tigt wurden, erfordern einen Mindestaufenthalt von 60 Tagen (zwei Monaten). Great View,

The view from the Condo was great. It felt semi-homey. It was clean but a few things should get more attention. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've slept in and gave my back issues. I don't expect a Tempur-Pedic like I have at home but it felt like I was sleeping on a $100 mattress. The dishes were basic and pieced together, not even uniform in their look. The toilet paper provided was single ply John Wayne grit paper. The master bathroom shower would drain very very slow. By the time we would finish a shower, we would be standing in a couple inches of dirty water. On the plus side, the shower head had amazing pressure.

This place is a no go during the summer

The condo had a musty smell the whole time we were there. The A/C is on motion sensor so if you are asleep at night it will revert back to 75 degrees. It will also revert back if the front and rear door is left open. The pillows were nasty. The screen doors screen was broken but you couldn’t use it because of the sensor. You can’t smoke or hang towels from balcony. There is no one at the front desk you have to go to the buildings on either side. You have to pay for parking. $55 dollars to park for a few days.

Mold everywhere

We have stayed in OB for the last 15 years on the 4th and have never stayed in a place so disgusting. Upon arriving at the condo there was an inch of dust on everything. We called housekeeping and they came the next morning and dusted and vacuumed but the entire condo needed a deep Clean but they did the bare minimum and left us with the furniture in the living room being dirty and had mold on the cloth chairs. There was mold all over the decorative pillows along with stains from water, and God knows what else the cloth shower curtain was full of mold, and the entire place smelt like musty old wood. We didn’t even want to use any of the dishes because as soon as you open the cabinets, it stunk like wet wood. My youngest child has asthma and it was acting up so bad we tried to find another place to stay but being the 4th of July everyone was booked. The rental company did nothing to accommodate this situation and pretty much said so sorry.

Not clean/smelly

Check in was easy. Had difficulty finding our condo due to it not having a number on the door. When entering we were greated with a musty/moldy smell. There was also an orange violation paper from thr city on the table. The furniture was dirty with stains on chairs and pillows. We didn't even want to sit on them. The ceiling in the dinning room was peeling. Lape shades had stains and looked like mold growing on the inside. Shower curtains in both bathrooms had mold/mildew on them including the cloth one. Tradh eas found under one ofnthe beds and a random pill was in one of the dresser drawers. Trash can looks like its seen better days. I did contact the property and was told maintenance would come change the shower curtain. No one ever came. I had many exchanged emails with the property and got nothing resolved, but said they would send to the manager and I would be contacted the following monday. Note: that I did contact the property before hand about other negative reviews about this condo and was assured that all had been addressed and taken care of.

Condo looks good but smells

The condo was as pictured as best as possible but had HORRIBLE mold smell. It makes me worried what my family may have been exposed too. The spare couch pillow was moldy and the couch smells of mold so bad we couldn’t us it, Appears clean but was not truly clean food under couch and hair throughout.

Girls Trip

Location is great. The condo needs a thorough cleaning ! Dusting the living room would also help. The furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced, it is very dirty and stained. The condo has a bad smell that is very strong!! The kitchen could use a better variety of cooking pots/pans and new cooking utensils as some of them are missing handles. A few of the glasses from the cabinet looked as though they had not been washed properly. I was disappointed in the condition of the condo, but the view was great.

Summer Beach Trip

We had a great time, but were disappointed the welcome packet was not in the room and the microwave was broken. Maintenance did come by and said a new one would need to be ordered. Other than that we had everything we needed.

Would not stay here again

The main water line for the entire complex broke, so we had no running water for a day
that was fun. Maintenance brought a case of water because had bottles to wash for our 4 month old. But no one was able to use the restroom in our condo for that day, which was awful to have to find a restroom in a hurry for our 3 and 6 year olds. Electrical sockets are strange, as you have to flip a light switch to make the top plug-ins work. And management was not helpful at all. I left a message for the property manager on the weekend when we had no water, was told he would give me a call asap Monday morning
did not hear from him. On Tuesday, I called and let him know that I had left a message for him. And the manager told me that he has hundreds of messages
 The condo never got cooler than 75 degrees, which was pretty stuffy to sleep in. The beach was nice, and the pool was nice. Won’t be staying here again though. I’ve stayed at a lot nicer places for this price.

Location is great

The furniture needs to be upgraded badly, very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The couch is hard as a rock. The patio chairs are very narrow and very uncomfortable. The coffee pot is very small - 5 or 6 ounces. There should be a full size coffee pot. Everything else was great.

Pics of property are made to make the property look bigger than it is. The property is a lot smaller than it looks in the pics. Toilet in master bedroom ran non stop! Very annoying! Kept waking us up every night. Furniture in condo very uncomfortable. Hot water barley lasted long enough for a shower! Was not told I would have to pay and additional $55 for parking! That should have been included in the rental fee along with the over $1k in ridiculous other fee's charged by the owner/rental company! Definitely will not rent from these people again!

Needs updating

The actual propery was nice. The condo really needs updating. The couch is old and dirty looking. The second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable as well as furniture in that room is awful.

Needs a DEEP CLEANING

The view from the 14th floor balcony and patio furniture was the saving grace. This unit is conveniently located to all restaurants and activities. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The master comforter needs to be burned. The carpet in bedrooms is nasty. The living room furniture is old and soiled. I hate to leave a negative review (this is the first), but this is not a 4 star property. A 2 at best. The rental company was easy to work with and very accommodating.
