Heated Pool - "It's the Gulf" Beach Club Cottage #41- Signature Properties

Welcome to "It's the Gulf", a charming vacation rental cottage located at The Beach Club.
This cozy cottage is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
The cottage features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms accommodating up to 14 guests.

On the ground level you will find the master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom including two vanities, a soaking tub and a stand alone shower. You will also find a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower that opens up to the shared hallway.
The second level of the home you will find another bedroom with a king sized bed that shares a bathroom with the small bedroom that has 2 twin daybeds. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The last guest room has 2 built in twin bunks above 2 queen sized beds. This room has its own en suite bathroom that also has a tub/shower combo.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen Smart TVs

The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. There is also a dining area that seats 8.

Outside, you will find a spacious deck with a gas grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while watching your children play in the private pool. The cottage is just a short walk from the beach.
*There is a $300 fee to heat the pool for your stay.
The Beach Club Resort & Spa requires the use of an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities, which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, The Coast Restaurant, fitness center, game room, and kids activities.
The wrist bands are optional and if desired may be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.

Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the spa, beach access, hiking trails, activities courts
(basketball, tennis, shuffleboard..etc), playground, grills, picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery, and the food trucks at The Village Lawn.
There are two top class golf courses within 6 miles, Fort Morgan marina that offers offshore fishing just 7 miles from the resort, and historical Fort Morgan about 10 miles away or the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail, to enjoy during your stay.

REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB
Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay.
*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is too large will not be allowed to park.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
