"Very nice hotel with wonderful flowers in the heart of Milan. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Beautiful Spa. Good restaurant with very impressive wine list. Rooms could have a water cooker and coffee machine as standard and as in most hotel of this standard. Carpets are rather old. No separate shower. Room service is fast. "
