Me sentí totalmente robado por ustedes. Hable 10 o mas veces con expedia, que me dijeron que seguro harian el reembolso. Y el hotel solo contesto como robot. De ya te cobré y no les importó nada. „Ich war äußerst enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Bed & Breakfast. Das Zimmer war alles andere als sauber und ordentlich. Der Boden war klebrig, und die Betten wurden offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen – es waren noch Dreck und Haare von den vorherigen Gästen zu finden, was absolut inakzeptabel ist.Besonders besorgniserregend war das Verhalten der Eigentümer. Die Legitimation wird nicht vor Ort, sondern ausschließlich über WhatsApp durchgeführt, was ich als äußerst unsicher empfinde. ...

„Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel ok, bis auf das dass das zimmer zu kalt war da keine heizung vorhanden ist. Die parkplätze sind auch nicht die besten. Aber personal sehr nett und qualifiziert “

„The good thing to say is that the receptionist was very friendly. And the covers in bed were clean. The room was very dusty. The shower was dirty (inside the shower it was okay though). When I arrived at 3pm I was told the room wouldn't be ready in three hours. Even though I was supposed to check in at 2pm. But the receptionist was kind to let me into wiFi and "guard" my luggage in the hallway. “

The rooms and design were nice but the shower sink was clogged and cleared the next day. The washing machine was not working and had smelling water in it. The toaster could not stop and burnt the bread. The place needed a thorough repair and attention so that people would not have to suffer first then take time to contact ...
