„Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Es ist wirklich ein ganz besonderes Hotel. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war leider nicht so cool. Mit der Dusche setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Das ist nicht wirklich durchdacht. Aber ansonsten war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.“

Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs.
