Room service was top notch, just one call and they are at your door. They provided free pick/drop service to the ski lifts. Good breakfast. We even rented our ski gear for half the price here. “

„I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy throughout the night. Trucks will drive by dogs were barking and there is a LED orange light that stays on also throughout the night and you can’t turn it off.“

„The employees of the hotel were extremely friendly and always keen to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was great, many options and more than enough. I loved the balcony in our room, the staff was happy to bring us chairs to the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. The only minus was, that it was quite expensive during the new years week and that you could smell the canalization from time to time in the bathroom.“

„Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Es ist wirklich ein ganz besonderes Hotel. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war leider nicht so cool. Mit der Dusche setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Das ist nicht wirklich durchdacht. Aber ansonsten war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.“

„Great choice to stay in Stepantsminda. The hotel is walking distance to the main town if you want to eat there. Yet, food at the hotel is spectacular!! I had both breakfast and dinner, and they were both amazing. Staff is super friendly; they made my stay very enjoyable. Lastly, the view!! It is really, really nice.“
