We are offering this charming, air-conditioned flat with sea views for rent in the town of Porticcio, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 3rd and top floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area.
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A terrace of approximately 20 m², facing south-west, overlooking the sea, with a bioclimatic pergola and furniture (table, chairs, armchairs, sun loungers, and a storage chest for cushions) to make the most of sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally situated in Porticcio, in a very pleasant setting just a 10-minute walk from the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Visit Ajaccio: the old town, the harbour, museums, food tastings, markets…
- Hiking on the Sanguinaire Islands, or around the shores of Lake Tolla, on foot or by bike.
- Casino, cinema, thalassotherapy, spa, treetop adventure park, bowling, horse riding, pétanque, golf, go-karting, paintball, parasailing, tennis, mountain biking.
- Swimming, relaxation or water sports along the coast, boat trips, fishing, diving.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private numbered car park (1 vehicle).

- Réseau Corse Méditerranée coach services to Ajaccio.
- Nearest railway station: Ajaccio station, approximately 23 minutes’ drive away.
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport, approximately 15 minutes’ drive away.

- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation; please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
