Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in the town of Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 19 m² living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
