In Porticcio (Grosseto-Prugna), Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this heavenly, air-conditioned house with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with jacuzzi, covering an area of 150 m² and accommodating up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll enjoy a 1,300 m² garden with tropical vegetation! Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower and WC)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron, fishing tackle, various games....
