„I did not get to stay at the OVO, I booked the wrong date (my error), but having paid Expedia for insurance that would alow me to make changes to the booking, the venue wanted to charge a handling fee that was 100% of the room cost. seeing that it would have cost me the full room cost on top of whatever the actual day would cost me I decided not to cancel and to book elsewhere.“

„Staff were very pleasant, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). The en-suite was also very small but it was supplied with lovely White Company ...

„Firstly l would point out the staff were excellent and were very helpful. However the room was not great. It was cramped and you had to move the tv (or duck under it) just to get to the bathroom. The road noise was constant despite double glazing. Also had to ask the lovely staff to change the stained pillow cases. When leaving at 10am check out time the place was still locked up, curtains pulled and deserted.“

„The location to ingleton falls is a 5 minute walk, very quiet and quaint village but with everything you need. Copper cottage has everything you need. Thank you for an amazing weekend “

„The hotel was on the main street with shops and pubs all in walking distance. We were able to eat and drink at the Red Dragon. The only drawback was no on site parking so the car had to be left about 10 minutes walk away. This was the only issue the rest was great.“

„The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used.
