„Property was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go - riverwalk, breweries, restaurants, shopping. Beautifully decorated, comfortable unit. Had to park our 2nd vehicle (small Class B RV) elsewhere, but we did find a spot a couple of blocks away.“

„Huge space that has been imaginatively designed. Contemporary overall feel with lots of original brick from the historic structure. Decor is lovely too. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the vibrant downtown. We had a lovely stay.“

„My wife, daughter, her husband, and I spent a few days in Greenville. The property is in the middle of everything the area has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for more.“

„This condo was decorated so cute and perfect for a family there to watch the baseball games like us. It was walkable to everything. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We needed a later check out and she generously agreed. We will be back next year for sure. “

„Heidi was a very thorough host. She sent very clear check-in directions and was prompt with her correspondance. She gave us parking, dining, event and activity suggestions to help us enjoy the downtown Greenville neighborhood. The space was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was mostly well stocked for the night we cooked in. It was great to have our own bathrooms. The only downside to our stay was the Saturday night noise. „We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville.“

„I stayed here with my nephew for a weekend trip in Greenville. It was a nice size. He said he slept on the fanciest air mattress ever. We parked in the garage and walked or biked everywhere.“
