„The apartment was so spacious and had al the amenities we needed and the location was excellent. “

„Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.“

It’s very well stocked and much cleaner than other places we have rented.Parking pass was great to have, and we enjoyed sitting under the covered porch on a rainy afternoon. „The property at Judson Mill is very cool, located in an old, retrofitted building. It's much larger than the photos make it look with a full second floor suite. The location in the complex with a brewery, rock climbing gym, local market and restaurant is excellent--great indoor/outdoor spaces. Very close to downtown and the dining district on Augusta St.“
