„The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.“

„The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!“

„Wir haben auf der Durchreise einen Tag hier übernachtet. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Man merkt, die Liebe zum Detail. Jedes Zimmer ist der Jahreszeit entsprechend anders gestaltet. Es gibt einen Minigolfplatz, eine Driving range und ein Baseball Platz. Das war super für die Kids. Es ist perfekt, um hier eineNacht zu verbringen. Man merkt, dass der Besitzer und sein Team sich viel Mühe gibt.“

„When I arrived at the Butler House, the owner (MK) informed me that it was actually closed for renovations. Expedia had been repeatedly informed of this but continued, nonetheless, to book reservations for guests! MK was very apologetic and offered me accommodation in the camper beside the house. It looked to be very comfortable and roomy, and had a relatively large fridge, so I accepted. Never regretted the decision. „We so enjoyed our stay at the Marshall House. We aren’t typically the B&B type of travelers but wanted to try something different on our Niagara leg. Can’t say enough--Cherrish was so easy to work with, checking in and out was immensely easy, all of the hosts were so friendly, the daily breakfast was stellar and The Burd Room was comfy and so unique. You have your own private bathroom next to the room, and you can easily walk to the falls (approximately 10 minute walk) from the property. We ...

"Dieses Hotel hatte wohl seine besten Tage vor 15 Jahren. Schmutzige und abgenutzte Teppiche und Möbel und eine schrecklich laute Klimaanlage. Zwar soll das Hotel renoviert werden, davon hatten wir allerdings nichts. Sonstiges Angebot ok und kompakt unter einem Dach. Freundliches Personal. Sheraton war mal eine gute Marke…wohl den Anschluss verpasst. "

"Einrichtung und Ausstattung OK, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw. nicht mehr allzu modern. Pool gleicht nicht den Erwartungen, die die Bilder mit sich bringen - kleiner und wenig Flair. Angebote für Parkservice nicht selbsterklärend, man hat uns erst in ein "falsches" Parkhaus geschickt bevor wir dann doch ein kostenloses Parkticket für ein Parkhaus gegenüber erhalten haben."
