„Property good smell like an over abundance of Hotel air freshener. I was on the second floor Waterview room very nice. Only bad thing is was over the top of a bar underneath that seemed to favor lotta young college people music was very loud. Could feel the base from the music. I was OK though we stayed up late and did our own thing but when you’re going to bed if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a problem.“

„We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue. ...

„Great weekend at the property. Close to downtown and Broadway. Leave the car parked and enjoy walking beautiful downtown. Come back and relax by the pool.“

„The room was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a small kitchen. The location was great a 5 minute walk from the wharfs in Newport. The check in process was the only thing that wasn't great. Did not have room ready at 4 as they were supposed to - no big deal, but when they finally called me around 4:30 to tell me that it was ready, there was a long line to check in. „We enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the tennis hall of fame, coffee shop, restaurants, and stop and shop if you need groceries. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Only things we didn’t like was that the curtains could be better at keeping light out. The sun came in early. We’ll certainly be coming back next year. “
