„The place is excellent and clean. My only reservation is the walls are not well sound proofed. You can hear neighboring rooms easily. Also, additional charges for “parking and Gym” is unjustified, especially since some guests don’t use them. “

„We had such an amazing stay on this houseboat in Newport Harbor! The location was unbeatable—right on the water with beautiful harbor views, yet still close to all the restaurants & shops. Waking up to the gentle rocking of the boat and watching the sunrise over the harbor was unforgettable. A water taxi picks you up right at the houseboat and brings you to wherever you need to get to! „The check in process was seamless. The property was just like the listing. We came into town for a wedding and an extended family vacation. The house having private beach access by George’s of Galilee was great (as was the Tiki Bar). Drive-able to other great spots like Newport, Wakefield, etc. If you want the beach, great food, and a comfortable stay, this is it. We already want to head back.“

"It was all very clean it is a bit outside the beautiful Newport but still doable the Pool Area is nice but the wifi was down Most of the Time and the bikes are not in best condition but it is still great they have them Overall I would recommend "

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht). Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert. "
