„As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only ...

„The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. “

„Cottage is larger than it appears in the pictures. Host was very responsive. Marina next door has friendly staff with easy and delicious food options. Great spot from which to explore the area!“

„The property was beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated and perfectly located. I have been traveling with this group for over 35 years and some said it was the best place we have ever stayed. The highlights were the en suite rooms, the rooftop deck, the nice welcome basket and the location.“

There was plenty of room for all of us, the roll away cot was a bonus! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities, we appreciated the wine glasses! Outside shower and deck was also enjoyed. „Had a wonderful time. Caroline was an amazing host. House is easy walk to beach and the beach cart and chairs provided were so helpful. Nice private ish yard and plenty of space to store outdoor beach stuff such as boards and chairs. This is a newer rental so we just recommend a few things such as outdoor table with umbrella, a privacy solution for the shower, and a few more kitchen items. Overall this is a wonderful beach house to rent for a long weekend! Thank you!“

"Un seul point positif: le bon emplacement. Un prix 5* (CHF 550) pour une prestation 3*. Quelques exemples (negatifs): - Pas de service de petit dejeuner - Pas de mini-safe dans la chambre - Pas de slippers - Pas de peignoir de bain - Si vous voulez de l'eau, vous devez aller vous servir à l'etage - La femme de chambre passe l'adpirateur dans le couloir à 7h00 du matin Cela fait beaucoup pour une seul sejour..."

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht). Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert. "
