„The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! “

„This was the perfect location for a trip to Newport. The place was clean and cozy. The shared bathroom was also clean.Tara was fantastic & got back to us in an hour. Would definitely recommend! “

„We had a great stay here! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk to the busy part of Newport so we walked it most of the time but did need the occasional Uber. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. “

„Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. „Updated, well maintained home with numerous thoughtful amenities. Central location for everything to do in Rhode Island! Block Island day trip? Ferry 10min away., Newport for a day. ? 30 minutes away. East Matunuck beach 3 minutes away! Parking lot full there? At least 6 other beaches within 10 minutes! Best restaraunt in RI (Matunuck Oyster Bar) 3 minutes away. Host (Alison) VERY responsive. An absolutely perfect place for a Rhode Island vacation!“

We were in town for our son’s wedding, and all the en suite bathrooms made this the perfect place for 7 adults to get ready.The house was spotless, and well supplied with essentials, coffee, dishes, glassware, etc. the upper floor master, entertaining space and deck was a perfect space for us all to hang out! „Loved biking to Narragansett Beach, kayaking on the Narrow River, and a day trip to Fort Wetherill and Beavertail State Parks.“

„Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill. ...

Great location with an according price!

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht). Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert. "
