„House was beautiful and clean but not very “homey” or comfy. There was outdoor seating (metal chairs) to fit our large family. But no indoor sitting space No couches or comfortable chairs to spend time together inside. No living room. Just a kitchen with table and metal bar type chairs. Kitchen very sparsely furnished a few old pans - not great to cool a meal. Listing said there was a hot tub and living room, grill , and washing machine. . But none there. There was a sports court. ...

„Allerbeste Lage mit toller Aussicht auf die Altstadt! Schöne moderne gepflegte Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Alexa, natürlich Kaffeemaschine, Herd etc…. Mit Frühstücksutensilien reichlich gefüllter Kühlschrank. Freundlicher persönlicher Empfang mit Einweisung von den Eigentümern, Gepäckservice und zeigen eines kostenfreien Parkplatzes. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. Danke für die tolle Zeit in Matera!“

„Bien que nous n'ayons passé qu'une nuit dans le logement de Francesco, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la qualité du logement. Francesco était aux petits soins pour nous, toujours disponible par message et de bons conseils pour explorer les environs. Le logement était parfaitement préparé et extrêmement propre. Le quartier ne paye pas de mine mais la nuit a été très calme et le logement se situe à 10 - 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de Matera. Je recommande pleinement pour un ...

„Cercavamo un posto come base per un viaggio nella Murgia pugliese e questa sistemazione si è rivelata ideale per la posizione. Abbiamo raggiunto facilmente tutte le destinazioni che ci eravamo prefissati: Matera, Bari, Alberobello, Polignano a mare, Monopoli, Ostuni ed altre località. La camera è accogliente, impeccabile la pulizia, la colazione non è inclusa ma c’è una cucina fornitissima a disposizione ed un frigo in stanza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.“

Posizione comoda, parcheggio davanti la porta, zona ben servita e a 5 minuti a piedi sei nel centro del bellissimo e storico paese . Da questo paese, al centro della Basilicata,puoi partire per visitarla facilmente . Troppo poco un giorno, non vedo l ora di tornare“
