„Garten, Pool u. Terrasse ok. Das Haus von innen eine halbe Katastrophe. Altes schuddeliges Geschirr u. Besteck. Der angebliche Hummertopf wurde zum spülen hergenommen, da kein Stöpsel für das Spülbecken da war. In die Jahre gekommene Möbel u. Schränke. Kleidung gar nicht erst in den Schrank gehängt. Ein uralt Bad zum Herpes kriegen, zzgl. überlaufendem Abfluß (Gestank liess sich kaum entfernen). Kriechstrom auf zwei Lampen (Bad + Terrassentisch). HIGHLIGHT - Ratten unterm Dach, in der Dachrinne ...

„This villa was absolutely amazing with amazing views. The host was so helpful and kind. We have never stayed anywhere where they treated us so well. Everyday they left us a gift, fresh eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries to take on the road. We only had 3 days but we all wished we had more time there. We had 3 couples and it was perfect with the outdoor area and pool! Highly recommend!“

„The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again. ...
