Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own things, but we had just traveled for over 14 hours and it was after midnight when we got to the house, and yes we did expect to walk into a clean house with amenities such as paper towels, clean bath towels and clean mugs and microwaves Ok, time to take a shower, I could only find a total of 2 clean towels, I booked the house for 2 people 4 nights, we needed more than 2 bath towels, however there were dirty towels hanging on the towel racks, when I contacted the host to let them know we needed more towels they dropped off two more bath towels, (they left them outside on the dirty patio table). So now I think I have to wash some towels for the rest of our stay, so I open the washer to put a load in and there is a horrible odor, the washer was already filled with wet sheets and towels. We definitely will not ever stay at this house again. Would like to know why so much money is charged for a cleaning fee, yet don't get a clean anything.
