Great Family Stay

This place was close to perfect. We had kids 11 and under and they lived in the game room every afternoon. Kitchen was set up well and they had lots of the things you forget you needed. House was clean and it was just a great vacation spot. Whether it was them or us we missed that there was no air conditioning. It was a little stuffy in the afternoons, but it was usually cooled off at night before we went to bed. I didn't realize it was not on the water, but we could see a view from the front porches and windows. The house was perfect, I just need to read the discription more thoroughly! We would go again, maybe just not in July. Thank you for the wonderful week of memories!

Perfect for Family Trip

This lovely house had amazing views all around and was perfect for all the different age ranges in our family. We were pleasantly surprised by all the supplies and amenities provided including a working scoreboard for all the games in the garage. It is perfectly located for quick driving access to Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. I would definitely seek this one out again for another trip! Trip of a lifetime!

I booked this place for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. 15 family members stayed at the house, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house has a great layout, plenty of activities for kids/adults, and breathtaking views. I had a few questions about the house/area during our stay, and the owners responded within minutes. Great family getaway

This place was absolutely perfect for our 3 families. So much space for everyone to sleep and hang out- fun games for the kids and adults, hot tub was hot and ready to go. First time in Colorado

This was our family's first time in CO. We brought my 83 year old grandma to check snowmobiling off her bucket list. The house was great. We had 13 people including 5 kids aged 5-11. The bunk beds were great for the kids and there was plenty of room for our whole family. The playroom with the pop-a-shot, ping pong, pool table, and Wii was a hit. We also had a blast sledding down the driveway several days. My favorite part was the views. At times it just didn't seem real. The property manager was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this great property!

Great place with beautiful views

We loved staying here. We host a get together for some friends here and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub and game room were hits, and the views are amazing. I hope to be back again in the future.

Stayed with a group of guys for a golf outing. The game room/garage was awesome for recreation. Enjoyed the views and outside space. For adults it’s pretty tight in the lower Bunkroom, would be great for kids.

Beautiful views. Coffee at the front of the house looking at the lake. Beautiful views of the fields and mountains in the back. In the fire pit and stars at night. Add a great time in the basement with all of the games. We utilized every inch of the house. Including the master sitting room during a rain storm.

Best rental ever!

Our family vacay was as close to perfect as could be. The location near the park entrance allowed for UNTIMED early entry for our hikes. Rocky’s in town was perfect for a large group meal. The kitchen appliances,dishes, utensils etc were first class. THANK YOU, SKYRUN !

Perfect for birthday/family gathering

My husband and I met our kids for a 30th birthday party for my son. The house fit all 13 of use with beds to spare. Great game room and plenty of space for everyone. Stunning property!

This stay was everything I was looking for in a mountain getaway. My friends and I all had a comfortable bed to sleep in, the game room was AMAZING, and the hot tub with the views was perfection. The kitchen was also stocked with plenty of spices and cooking necessities. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful this home is and how we’d love to come back. Highly recommend!

Delightful location and overall experience

We stayed at the property with a total of 5 couples. It was extremely nice. There would certainly be room for an additional couple or a handful of kids as well (we did not use the loft or extra room with bunk beds). The various facilities and appointments within the house were all premium and all of us were quite impressed. Everything from the coffee maker to the appliances to the hot tub and back deck and game room exceeded our expectations! We would all definitely stay here again!
