Relax at the Lakeside in this lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo in beautiful Grand Junction. The condo complex is in a great central location to downtown, local hospitals, ColoradoMesa University, the LDS Temple and I-70 interstate. Only 20 minutes from Palisade wine country and an hour from Powderhorn Ski Resort on the Grand Mesa.
The open concept in the main living space is clean and inviting. Warm up in the winter time with a hot cup of tea by the cozy gas fireplace after a great day on the slopes. You can breathe in the fresh Colorado air from the small private balcony. Enjoy a glass of local wine while overlooking the lovely courtyard below and its peaceful waterfall.
There is WiFi available to keep you connected.
The full kitchen has all the essentials to make you feel right at home. We tried to set it up with everything you may need during your stay.
The spacious master bedroom has 1 king sized bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen sized bed in it. Both bedrooms have black out shades and are comfortably appointed.
The 5 piece bathroom has a separate toilet/shower room. The master bedroom is adjoining to the bathroom. Basic toiletries are provided for your comfort.
Next door is the Lakeside complex’s private wellness facility offering an indoor salt water pool (currently under repair) hot tub, sauna and a small fitness room. Take a refreshing morning swim to get your day started right.
Across Lakeside Drive, is a private walking path around the two small lakes. It is a lovely place for a morning jog or relaxing evening walk to unwind.
Across the courtyard is coin-op laundry facility for your use.

Please be aware that the condo is located on the third floor of the complex. There is no elevator and is not handicapped accessible.
