„Very comfortable, clean and cosy family home, perfect for a catch up / get together in a quite street in wonderful Katoomba. The big kitchen and dining and lounge rooms are excellent. There are five good sized bedrooms which are quiet. Everything is well stocked and maintained. We don't care that it isn't a five star international resort, this suited us perfectly with its more valuable older world Blue Mountains charm and we all loved our stay.“

„Beds are great and walkable to town. Bring your own firewood! Guests responsible for dishes so many needed cleaning upon arrival but overall house was very clean. “

„An excellent property for 2 couples to relax in for the weekend with an event in Katoomba and a free Sunday in the mega long valley. Very well appointed house is luxurious & homely. Outdoor fireplace was perfect for a glass of local wine and a cheese plate. Great owner with excellent comms. Highly recommend. “

„I loved the house as it kept the wind and rain out. The local cockatiels were so fun to watch. Glad we had a car. The hills were huge and we would not have seen much of the town. Great hikes on the day we got sun. “

„Had all we needed for a lovely weekend. Close to shops for coffee, books, food, and near swimming pool and bush walks.“

„My friends and I had a great time at the cottage. It's very well equipped, with a wonderful peaceful garden. The interiors are very homey and has everything you need for a stay in the Blue Mountains.Only downside is that there is not a lot of parking on the property, and off street parking is a little tricky. There was also some broken glass on the carpet in the dining room when we arrived but it was easy enough to clean up.“

„We had a wonderful and relaxing three nights at Ayla cottage, with grandma, two kids and our two doggies. The home was well heated, the kitchen was well equipped, the linens were crisp and the styling was on point. Located opposite a park and playground, a short walk to join hiking tracks, and two blocks from the high street, the location can’t be faulted.
