„Its best option to stay in gopalpur area“

„Perfect for a family gateway at HP“

„Das Hotel war leider eine Baustelle. Swimmingpool und Spa noch nicht in Betrieb. Dafür hat der Hotelmanager ein Abendessen springen lassen. Leider hat die ganze Nacht Musik aus dem Aufzug gedröhnt und die Nachtruhe gestört. Das Essen war gut und das Persoal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, wenn auch nicht immer erfolgreich. Wahrscheinlich war ich einfach ein paar Monate zu früh. “

„We had an amazing stay at the resort. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms offering a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, The amenities, including gardens, and recreational activities, were well maintained and enjoyable for both adults and children. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time . Overall, it was a memorable ...

„The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room. Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste. “

„A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there ...

„Delicious food and good hospitality.“

Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable! Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is ...

„Great, helpful staff. Hotel lacked energy. Food was mediocre especially for the price. Property was beautiful but limiting“
