„A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there ...

„Das Hotel war leider eine Baustelle. Swimmingpool und Spa noch nicht in Betrieb. Dafür hat der Hotelmanager ein Abendessen springen lassen. Leider hat die ganze Nacht Musik aus dem Aufzug gedröhnt und die Nachtruhe gestört. Das Essen war gut und das Persoal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, wenn auch nicht immer erfolgreich. Wahrscheinlich war ich einfach ein paar Monate zu früh. “

„Hotel much lower to the star rating they have .. doesn’t look like a 4 star… rooms in terrible condition, acs not working “

„Room was clean, staff was very kind and helpful, dinner in the restaurant hotel was great (we came when they were closing and they waited for us)“

„Wonderful stay, with comfortable accomodations, and incredibly kind and helpful staff on such a beautiful and tranquil property. “

„I stayed hotel the crown and liked overall“

„Absolutely one of the best places i have stayed in my life. Amazing staff and property 🙌 “

„Amazing hotel had a fabulous time superb location stunning view but what really made it was the staff who made us feelso at home nothing too much trouble. Big shout out to Vijay who elevate our whole stay with his help and friendship“

„It was a great property with wonderful views and great staff .... Very cooperative and helpful and food was delicious“

„Staff were fab and extremely helpful. “

„Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable. $25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation. Comical incompetence. “

„We only stayed two nights but it was the perfect location for the end of our trip to Dharamsala. Norbulingka Institute is very close by and the airport is not too far away.“

„Clean Rooms and property. Staff very friendly especially Mr. Gaurav Khurana. Location is good. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Sufficient parking space.“
