The peace and quiet was wonderful, and the far-reaching views over the North Yorkshire Moors were magnificent. We would just mention, however, that the description on VRBO and Sykes Cottages states that is a microwave, which there isn't, and no mention of a toaster, which there is! The owner, Fiona, was charming and welcoming, and we would definitely return to this lovely cottage.“

„The old hayloft was set in a lovely peaceful setting, the barn itself was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need, the pool table was a fun bonus to enjoy during the evenings. We had such a lovely stay we were very sad to leave. It made exploring Yorkshire a fab base to travel to and from.“
