The house sits on a residential crescent in Whitby, close to the North York Moors coast. Most of the town`s draws are walkable, from the gothic Abbey ruins to the working harbour and the seafood restaurants near the quay. Local buses reach the Abbey, harbour and town centre.

Good to Know Before You Book
This is one room within a shared house. Entry is through the main front door shared with others, then the room is secured by its own locking device, so please keep it locked when you head out. The en-suite is small and compact, with a corner shower cubicle and vanity basin. There is no full kitchen, only tea and coffee making facilities and kitchen consumables. Check-in is self check-in via smart lock, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Parking is available on site, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
