„The apt was cared for and clean.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable but the small bedroom bed was to small.Friend fell out. The front door was a problem.Very difficult to turn knob and when finally it opened the vertical blinds would fall off. Otherwise the apt was cozy and comfortable.We noticed some empty nails where the masks hung and were worried previous renters had taken tokens.i would stay again.“

„The beds and linens were good. The kitchen was clean as were the bathrooms except for the shower. It showed growing mildew and the tub definitely needs help. Also, the rug in the living room, and the fabric on the chairs really needs cleaning. The biggest problem and actual hazard, was the burned out lighting on the long, steep, narrow stairs. It was an adequate place to sleep, but not a nice place to hang out.“

„Very nice condo on golf course. Bed in master bedroom not adequate and mattress not that comfortable. Kitchen not that well stocked. Went out and bought items for it. Television very disappointing. Not cable and renter must pay for apps.“

„Great location for multiple ballparks. The view of golf course was outstanding. The water holes attracted numerous birds which were fun to follow. Lots of good places to eat close by.“

„When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check. We are driving from New Mexico and having to stop in Scottsdale is an inconvenience but had no choice. The communication from the rental ...
