"Wir waren für 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel, ausgesucht haben wir es, weil es unter anderem auch einen Wellnessbereich anbietet. Nur leider war dieser an diesem Tag geschlossen. Eine Info diesbezüglich wäre sicherlich bei Buchung hilfreich (die Buchung erfolgte einen Tag vorher)"

"+Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. +Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. +Gutes Frühtstück mit einer entsprechenden Auswahl. +Super Lage und mit eigener Garage bzw. Parkplatz -Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Mann kann die Gespräche des Nebenzimmers eindeutig hören, insbesondere in der Nacht lästig. -WiFi war jedenfalls für meine Geräte ein Problem und sehr instabil mit einem doch sehr veraltetem Anmeldesystem (persönliche Angaben usw.). Da besteht defintiv erhebliches Verbesserungspotential. Das dann angebotene alternative W-Lan war in unserem Zimmer sehr schwach und eher langsam."

"Alles Tipp Top. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Nur mit dem Abendessen bzw Buffet waren wir nicht zufrieden. Es fehlen komplett Pastagerichte. Das dazubuchen weiterer Speisen ist ok, aber es fehlt auch am Flair. Trotzdem gerne wieder"

"Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia."
