„The breakfasts and evening meals were fantastic.The staff Cal and Becky were so welcoming and lovely people. We went as strangers and left as friends. We didn't use the bar as we don't drink, but it was well stocked. The whole place was spotless.“

Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. „Checkin was rather lengthy. The receptionist took her time doong the paperwork. Explaining how the keys work took some more time. The room was clean but could do with some renovations. The bed was comfortable. Altogether I would recommend the hotel for someone who needs a roof for a night. Not more and not less. “

„We started our tour on the Cleveland Way in Helmsley. After a Long day we got. a room near the kitchen wich was noisy and not really comfortable. All in all was the hotel not the price valid we payed“

„We had a wonderful 5 night stay. A quiet village on the edge of the moors with cozy country pub. The pub food was spectacular! I’m not exaggerating… the chefs are top notch. The pub staff were so friendly and helpful too. The room was comfortable with a full king size bed and small well stocked kitchen. If we lived in the UK, we’d visit every year! As Canadians, we’ll have to wait till “next time “.“
