Villa Brezza is a bright and sunny three-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Brezza you will enjoy a charming view of the Mount Etna and of the sea at a distance. Villa Brezza is 320 square meters (3450 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Giarre, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 650 meters (710 yards), a grocery store at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile) and the closest beach (Riposto beach) at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Villa Brezza from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Brezza you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with two sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea at a distance.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable, and include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through four French doors. The room also has a large window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is made of wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer. The ceiling of the bathroom has an height of 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) at its lowest point. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Basement FloorFitness Room
At Villa Brezza you will find a fitness room equipped with a hyperextension roman chair and a power rack. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the living room and from the garden. Living Room 2
