„Anna was very communicative throughout our entire stay! Arrival and check-in were super easy. The garage parking was literally a life saver considering we have a 2 year old, which comes with complications such as keeping a stroller handy. It was great to not have to worry about circling the block to find a spot and then carrying a sleeping toddler home, especially late at night. „We were really hoping to have a view of Mt. Etna and did believe we would have it, but we couldn’t see the volcano from the any if the windows or balcony, which is a shame as it was erupting when we were there. It was excruciatingly hot when we arrived in the apartment. It took a very long time to get the apartment cool enough for us. The beds were not super great. „Please be aware that the location is perfect however you have no sensory interaction with your surroundings. More specifically this is a ground floor apartment with one window directly on the street. You have to keep this window shuttered as people can see in. There are no windows anywhere else in the apt. One bedroom is basically a large closet. There is no on street parking and the metered parking is 30 euros a day. The hostess kept referencing green parking but I could never find it. ...
