„I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. “

„I like the location of the property. Cpmmunication with host was very terrible and room shower was not working great“
