LIVING ROOM
The living room is the heart of the flat! About 25 square metres in size, with a single vaulted ceiling, it's the perfect space for spending moments of conviviality and harmony. It's got a modern and spacious dining area and a relaxation area with a corner sofa bed, a double bed (150x200) and a 45" smart TV so you can access your Netflix and Prime. You'll love the vintage globe with liquor offered by the host and the record player with sought-after LPs of Genoese singer-songwriters (Fabrizio De André, Paolo Conte) and others (Luciano Pavarotti).
In the room, you'll also find board games (Risiko and others), playing cards (scale 40) and texts on the history of Genoa and Genoese cuisine.

The view of the medieval access road, Via dei Giustiniani, is simply stunning! Not only will you get an unparalleled view of the medieval cityscape, but you'll also be able to catch a glimpse of the Roman archaeological site. Whether you want to sit back and enjoy a good book or sip a coffee while taking in the views, there's a spot for you. There's a small table on the railing, perfect for a leisurely read, or you can make yourself comfortable in the study area on the mezzanine. This area is not only a great place to relax, but it also offers a smart working environment.And let's not forget the Rowenta blade fan, which keeps things nice and quiet.
ROOM '3'
A bright and airy room with a queen-size bed (120x200), walk-in wardrobe, double-glazed window frames, blackout curtains and a cosy sitting area.The bed, which is comfortable for 1 person but can also be used by 2 people, is located on the mezzanine floor of the room, so you will need to climb stairs to get in (not recommended for children or adults with mobility difficulties).
The romantic view of Via dei Giustiniani and the cosy sitting area, with its small table and two chairs, will provide you with moments of peace and relaxation.
The room is equipped with a quiet, modern Rowenta blade fan.
N.B. --> SOUNDPROOFING ROOMS 2 AND 3
Rooms 2 and 3 have stunning views of Via dei Giustiniani. They are fitted with double-glazed windows, shutters and sound-absorbing curtains, so you can be sure of a good night's rest. However, noise from the nearby pub may be heard, especially at weekends. But don't worry, we've got you covered with a selection of disposable earplugs to ensure a good night's rest for all. And for those who prefer a peaceful slumber, we've got you covered too!
PARKING
We've got you covered with a convenient parking spot at 'Piccapietra Park' (Piazza Piccapietra, 58/A), just a 8-minute walk from the flat, right in the heart of the action!
EAT, DRINK & SHOP
The flat is right next to the famous 'Trattoria da Ugo', a well-known producer and exporter of 'pesto genovese'. Here you can try traditional Ligurian dishes and even watch the pesto being made in the shop opposite 'Pesto e Oltre', which is also owned by the same person.
And for something really special, just opposite is the 'Ristorante il Ciuchino', which is simply outstanding, especially for fish dishes (you won't find fish like this in other restaurants).
CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY
And for those who like to keep their home comforts, there's the option to arrange for additional cleaning during your stay at an extra cost of just €70.
SMART CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Access to the flat is a breeze, thanks to a smart procedure managed by the company Vikey.
After booking, you'll receive a link where you can upload your documents and identity papers (which will be sent to the Questura di Genova: it's just one of the many ways we ensure compliance with Italian law).
Once you do that, you'll receive the smart access link to the facility.
Access is a breeze, and I or my co-hosts are always just a message away if you need a hand – even if you're struggling or missing a connection.And if you'd rather have a warm welcome, our in-person meet-and-greet is available from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for an additional €20. Just give me a heads-up at least a week in advance, and we'll make it happen!
