The service staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wonderful selection that included delicious traditional Egyptian dishes. Everything about the hotel created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made the stay truly special. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was definitely one of the highlights. I sincerely hope I’ll have the chance to visit Cairo again—and if I do, I would absolutely stay at the Sheraton again without hesitation!"
