„Tye staff are friendly and cooperative “

„The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem.“

„I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!“

„The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and I loved the view of the pyramids. The breakfast was very varied and delicious ♥️“

„Great service. The panoramic view was great. Soha the vip guest service manager was helpful. Would recommend to visit.“

„Staff were excellent and made our stay special. Pool staff went over and beyond. Not many amenities around but easy to get an uber around. Food was great too! No complaints about this stay!“

„Alles bestens tolle Lage direkt in Nilnähe. Sehr gute Küche . Live Music an der Bar.“

„Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Ausblick von der 13. Etage.
