Private Sunsets ist eine geräumige, elegant eingerichtete Blockhütte mit unglaublichem Panoramablick im wunderschönen Hidden Springs Resort (mit beheiztem Innenpool) und in der Nähe von Dollywood, Dolly's Splash Country und all den Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und Attraktionen in Pigeon Forge und Gatlinburg.

Diese einstöckige Hütte bietet Kathedralendecken, Massivholzböden, ein offenes Design und eine Fensterfront mit Blick auf die Aussicht.

Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, einen Stuhl, einen großen HD-Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang, einen DVD-Player und einen gemütlichen Gaskamin, der alle auf die Terrasse blickt und eine spektakuläre Aussicht bietet. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Stand-up-Dusche.

Die Küche ist komplett mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Sie können auch draußen auf dem Holzkohlegrill auf der Veranda kochen.

Die Kabine bietet zwei Kingsize-Master-Schlafzimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, TV, DVD-Player, Gas-Kamin, einen Whirlpool und teilt sein Badezimmer mit dem großen Raum. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner.

Draußen auf der Terrasse können die Gäste in den Rockern entspannen, am Tisch mit vier Stühlen sitzen oder im wohltuenden Whirlpool die Landschaft genießen.

Satellite and Wifi

The cabin was clean except for the very dirty windows. The satellite and Wi-Fi are very sporadic. If I were staying here for work and had use Wi-Fi I would not recommend this cabin.

The perfect cabin!

Our family of 4 stayed at this cabin for our first trip to the area and we could not have been happier! The location is perfect for Dollywood and convenient to everything. It was the last cabin on the lane and was very private. The views were spectacular and a bear visited our first morning there! The cabin was exactly as described and was very comfortable. We slept great and had a wonderful time. We will definitely visit again.

Setting in living room not comfortable. Just barely enough room for 4 adults. But, most people dont spend that much time in the cabin. The view was great. Saw a bear just 1 cabin away. Would stay there again.

Beautiful view and amazing cabin

Our stay was amazing check in was a breeze and the cabin itself was great. It had an amazing view and the neighborhood was very nice and felt very safe you need a code to inter the property. Our cabin was decorated for Christmas it was so lovely. Would definitely recommend and definitely going back.

Quick Pigeon Forge Getaway

Very nice cabin, just as advertised. The resort is nice and safe, just far enough away from all the businesses of the city. The property management company was great, they even called and let us know the cabin was ready and we could check in early. I just wish you didn’t have to go to the office to check in first.

Amazing Views Cabin

Cabin was clean and well maintained. Very nice views. My mom, my 10 year old daughter and her 10 year old friend, and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay! It was so close to Dollywood - location is PERFECT!

No Place to put clothes/Wifi like DSL

Wi-Fi was terrible. This was not explained in the listing. TVs would pause and very slow on phones and laptop. There was no place to put clothes (Chest of Drawers) in master bedroom. Bedside tables had very thick dust on bottom shelf. Toilet seat in second bedroom bath was on the verge of falling completely off the toilet. Had to fix it before anyone could use it. Auto circulation on hot tub running 98% of the time. Vibrating floor and loud inside cabin. Dead limbs and brush piled up next to the cabin and unable to use that area for sitting while grilling. Just mentioning a few things that were under par. We have visited Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg every year for over 30 years. This cabin was by far the least favorite of them all. We will definitely would not stay at this cabin again nor use Timber Tops for rentals in the future.

Great cabin, awesome view!

Cabin: Very clean, keyless entry. Kitchen appliances are a bit dated, but the rest of the cabin is updated. The hot tub seems older but works well - we used it every night! The pass-through gas fireplace is nice. Internet is very slow, and the TV has only very basic Dish Network, with no apps (like Netflix or Hulu). One of the bedrooms has no closet or dresser, so we had to keep our clothes in the suitcase - annoying but workable. There were some "roly poly" bugs in the bathrooms, but I'll take those any day over spiders or bees! Location: Fantastic views! Very close to Dollywood. Also close to the main drag in Pigeon Forge, but you can avoid some of the traffic by using Veterans Blvd. It's an easy drive to Gatlinburg, too. Just be aware that the drive through Hidden Springs Resort to the cabin is VERY STEEP. The cabin is at the end of the road, and there's enough room to turn around (which some of the other cabins lack).

Disappointed Cabin , Money Wasted.

Private Sunsets is not private at all , cabins in front and behind you within 15 to 20ft. You can see and here people on there balconies, cabins so close no place to park your vehicle, next door neighbor parked in front of his cabin and I could barely get by , had to put my mirrors in so they wouldn’t hit there car. Cabin was not clean , dust and cobwebs everywhere. Beds was so hard we could have slept better on the floor. Will need a good chiropractor to get over this place. I know it’s hard to find good help. But this cabin is totally neglected!

Great Trip

Excellent location. Easy drive to the main road in Pigeon Forge. Took kids to Dollywood and had a great time. Cabin is at the end of a street so relatively private for a resort. Great view of the smokies! Loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings. Only issue we had was the WiFi was a bit unreliable but had a good cell signal to make up for it. All in all a great trip!

Cabin looks just like the pictures except the pictures make it appear larger. Overall the inside of the property was clean but we did find a T shirt from the previous guest on the floor near the headboard of the bed. The hot tub had an odd odor and is outdated , not inviting at all. The property is secluded from the other cabins in the resort and very private. The Mountain Views are amazing along with the sunsets. Added bonus is that you can view the fireworks show at Dollywood from your cabin deck. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great vacation

Private sunsets offered a wonderful vacation for my family of 5. The management company was easy to work and communicate with as well. My only complaint is that there was a lot of trash on the side of the mountain at the front of our cabin that I assume was from renters staying at the cabin above us. Overall, we had a great experience!

We went to Dollywood for two days and it basically skips the parking line, because it’s on the back side of Dollywood. Saved a ton of time for parking. Also, great view, nice and secluded from the rest of the cabins.

The family had a great time and right outside Dollywood entrance. Cabin was pretty clean and neat. The property around cabin had a great deal of trash around it.

Cabin was exactly the same as it was pictured and advertised. Located at the end of the dead end street made it very private. Views were absolutely amazing. Sunsets were gorgeous. Can't wait to return.

Great cabin with great views!

First of all, everything worked and has been taken care of by the management company. We were worried on our way in as we read some recent reviews but they came through with making sure things were fixed. Cabin was VERY clean. We have rented many times in the area and this was the first cabin upon arrival the hot tub was still warming up. It appeared to have been cleaned and was still getting to temp. All other rentals we have used seemed to make you wonder how a drain/clean/fill was done and the tub back to temp upon arrival at check in. The views from this cabin are very nice for sunsets hence the name. I would not recommend a large vehicle. This cabin is at the end of a narrow road. There is room to turn around but it is limited. Ample parking for two vehicles side by side and perfectly level. Some other units in the neighborhood are on steep hills and would have been very difficult to manage. The bedroom with the jacuzzi tub does not have a dresser and this made it difficult for storage of clothes if in for a longer stay. Storage is often an issue in some rentals and is to be expected if you rent much in the area. Overall we were VERY pleased with the cleanliness, location, and amenities at this cabin and would highly recommend and likely will return!

Amenities promised did not work!

Pros: This cabin was clean, cozy, and the views were spectacular. Great location. We also enjoyed the pool. Cons: Dealing with the management company.1. Fire place didn’t work. 2. Hot tub did not work. 3. Coffee machine wasn’t working properly. 4. Water was shut off. The worst part has been dealing with the management company. Who wants to do this n vacation?? The most frustrating part is that we noticed a review on the 7th that mentioned the broken fire place and hot tub issue. We emailed before we arrived to make sure these were working and were told they were. We have called guest services at least 6 times during our stay. We came to enjoy a family vacation but had to deal with being passed from one person to another on the phone. The excuse was always that they don’t have control over when the vendor arrives. What a shame. The owners of this cabin should seriously look into how things are being managed because it’s a disaster. Bottom line: cabin did not provide amenities promised. While they replaced the coffee machine, we never got to use the hot tub or fire place during our stay. On our final day, they promised a refund a small amount which we have yet to receive. I hope these issues get worked out so the next family doesn’t have to deal with this and can just enjoy the beautiful views.
