Dream Chaser features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with King size beds and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 12 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room, private indoor theater with 65" TV, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with seasonal mountain views and a private fire table with outdoor sofa seating near the hot tub.

✔️ Private indoor, heated swimming pool which is heated to 82 to 84 degrees all year. The pool is approximately 4 feet deep. The exterior doors in the pool room will lead you to the private hot tub.

✔️ The private hot tub is available 24/7 to you. It is private and exclusive to your group. We drain, clean, sanitize and refill the hot tub with fresh and clean water after every guest checks out.

We provide a dual Keurig and Drip Style coffee maker at this property. Guests will need to provide their own coffee supplies.

A charcoal grill is provided to you. You will need to provide your own charcoal.

The balcony off the main floor features a fire table and comfortable outdoor sofas. We provide the propane for you. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room.

Christmas Decorations
This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31 (Based on availability/timing of guest checkouts after Thanksgiving)
🚗 Driving To The Cabin 🚙
The drive leading to this cabin is paved and 2 lane roads with the exception of the last 1/2 mile. The last 1/2 mile is a single lane road and the last 350 feet are a gravel driveway. The cabin is typically easy to access by most vehicles any time of the year. 4wd may be needed in snow or icy conditions on the gravel driveway.

✔️ Must be 21 to book. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
🐕 This property is not pet friendly. Service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left attended. Guests violating this policy may be asked to leave without refund.

We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The primary name on the reservation and payment MUST match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

🔑 Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.
𐃏 Access to this property in the inter months may require 4WD if there is ice or snow. The driveway leading to this cabin is gravel and can be slippery on the incline if there is snow and/or ice

✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
