  • Das Laurel Inn Condos liegt nur 4 Blocks von der Hauptstraße von Gatlinburg entfernt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen beheizten saisonalen Außenpool. Es gibt auch kostenloses WLAN. Sie haben zwei Möglichkeiten, um in die Innenstadt zurückzukehren. Wenn Sie den Bürgersteig entlang der Cherokee Orchard Road fahren, kommen Sie an der Ampel 6 in der Nähe der Mountain Mall und des Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies heraus. We were able to communicate with the property manager that we had arrived early and they were able to get us in @ noon. We walked in and it was beautiful. So clean. Had everything that we needed (as promised) from towels, soap, dishes etc. And we were only a 5 minute walk to downtown I would highly recommend this unit!! Thank you for making us feel @ home.

One suggestion we left is that the owners need detailed directions on how to actually get the TV connected. Even though we didn't come to the Smokies to watch but after a day hiking and touring, it was a nice welcome (except it took over 30+ minutes to actually get connected). Definitely when we return (and we do often), want to rent Condo 206 at the Laurel Inn.

We forgot our parking pass at home, stopped by the rental office, and the gentleman kindly provided one. Only 1 minor complaint would be the lack of water pressure in the shower. Considering other locations in town had pipes burst from the freezing temperatures, I can't complain too much. Other than that, it was a good stay. Would recommend

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Laurel Inn a number of years ago in a different room and based on that positive experience we decided to come back. This time was no different. The room that we had this time was as expected and very pleasant to stay in. Everything was clean and in working order. The mattress was comfortable and quiet once you were in bed but while sitting at the edge of the mattress it was very noisy but that is the only very minor complaint that I could come up with. There is a set of stairs in the rear of the complex that leads down to an alley which from there is a easy walk to the main strip. I never noticed anyone inside the main office and anytime I went by it was locked. Even without anyone at the main office he had no problem checking in to our room and it was just as easy to check out. The instructions that were emailed to us gave us all the information we needed to be able to access our room and come and go during our stay with peace of mind. I would stay here with my family again without hesitation.

Reviewer Comments: My family and i come to Tennessee 2/3 times a year and i gotta say this is definitely on my top list of stayed, we normally stay down the alley from the downtown strip we have teenage boys and 3 little one so sometimes being closer to downtown is better for us they can walk back and forth from the hotel, but this is definitely a spot where I would stay with out a doubt even if we had to walk 3 min more to downtown.

If you want to be within walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip, but not right on it, this is a great place to stay. We were in town for a bridge convention, and it was a short walk away.

Anniversary Trip

We had a great time during our stay. The weather was wonderful, maybe a bit warmer than we really hoped for but great the same. The condo was hard to find in the dark. Upon arrival it was as pictured and clean. I personally loved the fact that ac worked as it should lol The bed slept fine but when you go to get out or sit down, it would slide across the tile floor. It could really use a rug under the feet. I read the prior reviews and brought my own towels just incase they were needed. There was plenty and we did not use ours. The stairway to town was great and made for easy access to the fun. The lady inside was helpful and a pleasure to talk with. We will certainly stay here again.
