Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The lobby was neat and there was tea and coffee which is nice. The room was spacious. The bathroom fan sounded like a generator. I don't think the shower was cleaned bc there was a used wash cloth in the bottom of it. The room is right by the road so it's very noisy. All night long I heard a muffled sound of drums and music. I could not sleep at all. It was awful. I realized the noise came from below, in the lobby, when the next morning I could hear the breakfast being served and people talking. The pillows were not great either. No extra blankets. Not a great stay, we left early and went to a different hotel. The lady at the desk was so nice and she wanted to try to make things right, but after a long day of travel, a night with no sleep and another long day I just wanted to get a shower, and take a nap in our new hotel.
