• This reservation includes both Unit A and Unit B of the Bear Necessities duplex.

• Smaller groups can book "Bear Necessities A” and "Bear Necessities B” separately.

• Each unit has its own private living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, and deck, making this setup ideal for groups who want to stay together while still having room to spread out.

• Stairs are required to access both units.

• This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of an animal’s presence is found during your stay or after checkout, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
