„check in was good. We were supposed to get a double room but were given a king with couch, which we thought was a sleeper. Got back to room later and folded the couch out and no mattress in it. Went to desk and attendant told me that since we set our bags on the bed that there was no refund, nor could we move to the room we paid for i was turned off. I had him just give us a blanket and extra towels so we could all take a shower. Lamps did not work in the room, and the fridge wasn't working ...
