Our place is private, cute, comfortable, clean, and quirky. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 outdoor spaces: one large covered balcony off the living room and an uncovered balcony off the master bedroom. High-speed internet.
Covered balcony: Outdoor sofa that turns into a bed for those lazy summer naps or watching the hummingbirds at the feeders. 2nd small uncovered balcony off master bedroom
Includes one covered parking space that’s 20 feet from the elevator lobby. An additional parking spot can be arranged. Hand cart is included or toting groceries and gear to and from your car.
You’ll have the entire condo to yourself. The unit is on the top floor at the end of the walkway and very private. Two elevators. Excellent sound-proofing means you never hear the neighbors. There is a trash chute on the floor for your convenience.
Note: Being at the center of it all means staying in a busy city. Although our unit has double-paned windows which are excellent at shutting out the noise, the occasional motorcycle or car with a loud muffler will go by. Earplugs are recommended for the best night’s sleep. Also note, this is our home for 6-7 months out of the year and as such, some of our personal effects are here. But you’ll have plenty of room for your things on your extended stay.
