„The studio apartment is EXACTLY as pictured and in walking distance to so many places, including the marina, Shore Village, the outlets, beach, convention center, etc. The building is historic and has some charm. The only thing to be prepared for is the sound of cars racing by in the middle of the night because it's on the LB Grand Prix route, but if you're a city life kind of person, you should be fine. „We had a very disappointing stay at this property and ended up leaving early, without any refund. To start: the home was noticeably dirty and far more run down than the listing photos suggest. Several walls were damaged or stained, the fireplace was broken, and the refrigerator had only one shelf, making it impossible to store the groceries we brought for our trip.
