„unfortunately we spent one night here due to car travelling and need to sleep somewhere on the road. The room was dirty, clearly the bed sheets and pillow were dirty with hair on them. The hairdryer full of dust, the towel also were dirty. That was really uncomfortable. Noticed that we notify the stuffs and a old lady came to change at least the sheets, but that was terrible.“

„ price parking breakfast -pool broke -smell in room -traffic noise -15min from train station walk “

„the room was not well kept and the furniture is in desperate need of updating it's all scratched or peeling. the mattress had reddish brown dots on it which leads me to believe it is bedbugs. though the front desk staff was kindly, I could in no way stay there. it was disgusting and I was itching. Since I was only there because of a medical issue and had to wait til the next day to fly out, there was no way I would get good sleep or a nice shower with all of the stains on the bathroom ceiling I ...

„Great stay! Amazing pool.“

„Gute Lage zum Airport und perfekter Shuttle Service. “

„Overall not too bad. The day our room was supposed to be cleaned since they clean it every other day, they did not clean the room or dispose of the trash. Breakfast could have more options as well. Overall not too bad but those are areas of improvement.“

„Hello and thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. We have been staying at the Embassy Suites in Lombard for over 20 years now every year to visit family in the area. In this visit, we were very disappointed because the following: 1) Guests next door played extremely loud music and banged on the walls all night, my spouse finally went to the front desk at 330 AM to ask them to have them be quiet. The next-door guests turned down the music but were still very loud and kept all 4 of ...

„Wonderful breakfast. Fresh and hot. Staff very customer friendly“

„The room was very clean. The bathroom definitely needed a fan because the moisture buildup was significant, and I noticed the water damage was starting to warp the door. The staff was super nice and helpful. We only stayed for the weekend, so we didn't take advantage of the pool or gym but they looked nice. The ice machine was broken in our floor.“
