We had the worst stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the lack of customer service was clear — we greeted the front desk upon check-in, but they didn’t even return the courtesy. Unfortunately, that set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and frankly dirty. Our suites felt more like a run-down motel than a $200+/night Hilton-branded hotel. The lack of upkeep was only part of the problem — the overall atmosphere was unsafe and chaotic. On our third night, a fight broke out between guests, ending with someone being pepper sprayed (we have video). The following night, an argument in the room next door at 5am required security again. This is not what we expected while hosting family from India for a wedding — it was embarrassing and stressful.
To make matters worse, the pool was filthy. When my sister brought her kids to swim, she found hair and debris floating throughout. She complained to the front desk, only to be told that the pool wouldn’t be cleaned until the following Monday. That kind of response shows zero concern for guests.
To top it off, checkout was handled with the opposite level of rigidity. On the morning of our departure, I called at 10:30am to request a late checkout but was told it wasn’t possible. When I went down to the lobby, I saw Nancy and another manager going floor to floor, demanding that guests leave their rooms immediately — something I’ve never witnessed in any other hotel.
