"Good beds, sheets, leather sofa. Downstairs TV .. however NOT COMPLETELY UPDATED. Downstairs bathroom door wouldnt close at all, closet doors falling off ( some closets had no doors) no glassware, dish towels in kitchen only 4 coffee mugs. Home needs some work. However it met our needs. Some backyard furniture would be nice. Owner was quick to respond to questions."

"We were very impressed with the cleanliness of home very organized it smelled great, and was spacious, we were a little nervous when we seen the neighborhood while driving to the property but the house is in a safe spot and it has a great front porch to chillax and enjoy the elements. "We enjoyed our stay there. About 15 mins from the OSU campus, 5 mins from Downtown, Kroger, and German Village. No problem with street parking by the house. Curb appeal is top notch. Insides are exactly like the listing promised. We will consider staying there again, for sure."
