This 2 bedroom bohemian decorated apartment occupies the first floor of a 2 story building that holds 3 other apartments. Quaint, welcoming, and clean this property is beside a beautiful green area. It's a 2-minute drive or a peaceful 12-minute walk to Historic Uptown Westerville's restaurants & shops. Location is convenient to CMH Airport, Otterbein University, Hospitals, Hoover Reservoir, Alum State Parks, Inniswood Gardens, Easton/Polaris/Outlet malls, and the Ohio/Erie bike trail. Close to OSU, Top Golf, and IKEA.
Filled with natural light and fresh air that matches the boho color scheme and comfortable decor. This space has two bedrooms both with queen beds, empty closets, a desk, and full-length mirrors. A spacious bathroom with a shower and tub and a large kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook. Giving couples, friends, business travelers, and families everything they need for an overnight or extended stay. Take advantage of the shared back patio and enjoy your cup of coffee in the peaceful surroundings.

The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. Uptown Westerville is a 10-12 minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction, Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20-minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino, and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment. The apartment itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors.
Guests are assigned one parking space. If additional parking is needed there is plenty of extra parking along Crescent Drive and Electric Ave. There is also a COTA Bus stop at the corner of Electric and State Street. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area.
