„Property is set up to manage large families with a large well-equipped kitchen and a table that seats about 16 people comfortably. The bedrooms are comfortable and the gathering space is well appointed. There is a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. We would rent again.“

„Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!“

„We had the best time on Fripp Island and Coastline Cottage was Amazing. Tracie is very responsive and so easy to work with. She reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed to make our vacation amazing.! Coastline College has beautiful views and the cottage was super clean! „Unit was clean, comfortable and great location!!A hidden gem. The pool was right there and a beautiful beach was just steps from the unit. We did not do the resort passes so we had to drive to restaurants which was ok because there are a lot of great restaurants in the Beaufort area within 30 minutes- lots to do. Loved Hunting Island State Park which was just outside the community. Great fishing dock and Boneyard was a highlight of the trip. This unit was in a great location. Would stay here ...
